Legacy

70+ years of history

For more than 70 years, Runnymede has been built on a foundation of thoughtful stewardship and long-term perspective. Founded by Louis B. Fine and continued by Andrew and Morris Fine, the company has grown from a family-led vision into a disciplined, values-driven real estate platform. That legacy continues to guide how we invest, build, and operate today.

Our Approach

We take the time to understand the long term

Market, community, and context — we want to know what a place needs before we commit to shaping it.

We bring a disciplined, long-view approach to every decision. By prioritizing clarity, context, and thoughtful execution, we create properties and partnerships that stand the test of time. It's how we deliver lasting value for investors, tenants, and communities alike.

What We Do

Development & Asset Management

Two disciplines. One standard.

Development

On the development side, we originate and execute projects from the ground up, working with cities, landowners, and partners to turn underutilized sites into places that serve their communities for decades.

Asset Management

In asset management, we manage our own portfolio with a disciplined, long-term approach and are extending that same care into select partnerships as we grow, focused on lasting value.

Community Investment

A good neighbor first

Runnymede has been part of Hampton Roads for over seventy years.

The Fine Family and Runnymede have been supporters of local arts organizations, civic groups, and community initiatives that strengthen the places we operate not just as developers, but as neighbors.

Not as a strategy.
Because it's the right thing to do.
