Commercial

Commercial real estate is the backbone of our business. We offer high-quality spaces and management that enables our tenants to thrive. We manage the properties we own, know our tenants by name, and support them to succeed.

Brokerage Services

In addition to handling the leasing of our own portfolio, our experienced in-house leasing team provides a full range of tenant representation/buyer brokerage services. We offer expertise in analyzing the market, negotiating letters of intent, and assisting with the preparation and review of lease agreements and purchase and sale agreements.  We use our proprietary web-based software and our extensive experience in market to help tenants and/or purchasers calculate net effective rents, determine the true costs of a lease, analyze the lease v. purchase decision, and understand the purchase process from start to finish.
