ViBe Creative District

In 2011, Andrew Fine and Laura Wood Habr, co-owner of Croc’s 19^th Street Bistro, began executing their vision for the ViBe Creative District. The ViBe is an area near the Virginia Beach Oceanfront dedicated to supporting and promoting local artists and businesses. As philanthropists and owners of businesses in the area, Andrew and Laura had a passion to revitalize this once run-down area into a center to cultivate creativity and community. You can now walk the streets and see murals, pavement art, museums, and visit local eateries and boutiques.
